Care it well basic info
Under this plan, following activities will be taken care:
- Scheduled preventive checks will be done twice in a year for all the products.
- Cleaning & lubrication of all the moving & rotational parts like wheels, screw mechanisms, linkages & fasteners will be done.
- Safety side rails will be checked for its proper fitment & working. It will be lubricated for smooth movement.
- Manually operated screw mechanisms will be checked for its proper functioning.
- Hardware’s (nuts & bolts) will be checked & retightening will be done.
- Checking of harness, cables & other electric components of the motorized products will be done to prevent any loose connection & damage to the cables.
- Products will be completely tested with respect to its functions provided.
- Leakage current & earthing checks will be done to ensure patient & caregiver safety.
- Unlimited service visits against the breakdown calls will be provided during the period.
- Any spares parts required to be replaced during the period will be provided in a discounted rate.
- Special priority service will be given to the complaints received against any breakdown call.
Care it well comprehensive
Under this plan, following activities will be taken care:

- Replacement of spares are also covered under this program.
- Cleaning & lubrication of all the moving & rotational parts like wheels, screw mechanisms, linkages & fasteners will be done.
- Safety side rails will be checked for its proper fitment & working. It will be lubricated for smooth movement.

User Education program under care it well comprehensive - Once in a year
- A demonstration on the product features will be provided to the end user’s which will help them to utilize the benefits of the functions been available with the product which will further support to the treatment of the patient.
- A planned on-site training will be arranged to the house keeping & bio-medical staff. Training to housekeeping staff will cover the usage, cleaning & maintenance of the products. This will prevent the accessories from any damages due to wrong placement as well as can be easily accessible when required by the patient / caregiver.
- Bio medical team will be trained to attend the first level of breakdown calls which will reduce the product downtime.
- Orientation program on product do’s & don’ts will be covering the overall description on the usage of product & its accessories as per its intended use.
