Warranty & Maintenance

At Carevel, we are committed to delivering high-quality medical equipment designed for durability, precision, and long-term performance. To ensure customer satisfaction and reliability, we offer a comprehensive warranty covering our products for the period specified in the warranty certificate. Carevel Medical Systems Pvt. Ltd. warrants exclusively to the end user that the product will perform as intended under normal operating conditions during the specified warranty period.

This warranty shall not apply if the product has been subjected to:
(a) Improper Use or Handling – Any misuse, physical abuse, abnormal use, or operation
inconsistent with Carevel Medical Systems Pvt. Ltd.’s published guidelines.
(b) Unauthorized Modifications – Any alterations, repairs, or modifications made by unauthorized personnel or third parties. or
(c) External Factors – Any damage resulting from fraud, tampering, negligence, accidents, or environmental conditions beyond normal use.

Limitation of Liability

Carevel Medical Systems Pvt. Ltd. is committed to delivering high-quality medical equipment designed for reliability and patient safety. However, under no circumstances shall Carevel Medical Systems Pvt. Ltd. be liable to the end user or any third party for any special, indirect, incidental, consequential, statutory, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

Personal injury or loss of life
Loss of revenue, business opportunities, or profits
Loss of data, software, or medical records
Equipment downtime or operational delays
Any damages arising from the inability to use the product

This limitation applies regardless of the cause of action, whether arising from contract, tort, negligence, strict product liability, or any other legal theory, even if Carevel Medical Systems Pvt. Ltd. has been made aware of the possibility of such damages.
The total aggregate liability of Carevel Medical Systems Pvt. Ltd. under this warranty shall be limited strictly to the purchase price of the product paid by the end user during the applicable warranty period.
To ensure the continued safety, functionality, and compliance of medical equipment, only Carevel- approved replacement parts must be used. The use of non-genuine parts may compromise performance and void the warranty. Please note that castors, mattresses, and upholstery materials are specifically excluded from warranty coverage.
